1. If you bought a house in 2022 & it’s your principal residence, you NEED to file for a homestead exemption by April 30th! A homestead exemption will lower your property taxes!!
2. If you are over 65 years old, there is a second exemption you can file which will freeze your school taxes from increasing. The links below will take you to all of the exemption forms.
3. Also, if someone tries to charge you a fee to file the exemption for you, it’s a scam! It’s FREE to file your exemption.
4. If you bought a NEW build in 2022, we will reach out to you 60 days before your 1 year home warranty expires so that you can get a home inspection and submit the report to the warranty company.
5. If you were pushed out of the market from 2020-2022 because of multiple offers or you were an FHA or VA buyer, now is the time to buy! Email, text, or call us to find out more about this.
