Are you interested in joining our team? If so, below are the parameters of being part of the RXR Realty team!
- Transaction Fee: Optional–$100 for Rachel’s assistant to upload paperwork into BackAgent
- Monthly Investment: N/A
- Split Percentage: $500 per transaction / cap at $8000
- Annual Investment (Cap): $8,000
- Errors & Omissions (E&O): N/A–included
NOTES:
- Usage of the common space in the office is also included.
- If an agent wants to use my assistant or my marketing director, they can contract with them directly (if they are willing & able to take on outside work)
- We will provide brokerage for sale, for lease, & open house signs, a signature/business
card template, and the first 100 business cards.
